Having been certified through the prestigious Co-Active Training Institute since 2002, she has undergone rigorous training in coaching methodologies and leadership development. She holds a BA in Marketing and is a certified member of the Archetypes at Work™, a powerful leadership assessment tool. She's developed her cutting-edge “fulfillment formula”, an innovative approach in helping individuals identify their unique strengths and optimize their time and energy. In addition to her private coaching practice, she enjoys providing Leadership Development Coaching to individuals and teams within organizations.
Over the course of her coaching career, which spans more than two decades, she has refined her own distinct and proven process, supporting countless individuals on their path to true fulfillment and profound impact.
Mary Ellen enjoys living in the picturesque Hudson Valley of New York with her husband. She appreciates the area’s scenic views and extensive hiking trails while also enjoying the exciting benefits of being located within 90 minutes of New York City.
